  The State Farm Insurance branch of Mount Pocono, PA has been an utter delight to work with. They treat you like family - and I sincerely mean that! Extremely professional, attentive, caring and will go out of their way to answer your questions, offer options and to help you out. I've dealt with several of their reps, i.e., Ivy, Christine, Beth, etc. and they are all OUTSTANDING human beings and hardworking professionals. I highly recommend this office. Wish there were more estabishments like this. Always a joy to work with.

  I have used State Farm for my home and auto since 1993. Never disappointed through floods in my home and all my families car insurance needs. Ivy Morales made getting into a car accident almost bearable, she took care of everything from the minute the accident happened. I will never switch insurance agents. Highly recommend

  Amazing people. Ivy is absolutely wonderful. Great prices they work with you constantly and believe it or not they have my best interest first and foremost. In a world full of fake people and scams, this place is the real deal!!! Foolish to go anywhere else!!!
