  First, they charge you more than anyone else to do your taxes and then don't want to pay the refer a friend money they promised you. I've been waiting since last year to get my $100 they owe me and been back and forth with emails and calls. The last email I received was Jan 7th telling me that my check was in the mail. When my check never came I called and emailed back and got a supervisor looking at it, but she's not even responding to my email now. I am done with liberty tax. I've been using them for years, but this was the last straw. I went elsewhere this year. Edit: I FINALLY got my $100 referral check from them. A year late, but I'll take it.

  Always very professional and polite. Liberty tax explains everything and had my return done in a timely manner.

  Made appointment on line. Received email confirmation. Arrived 15 minutes early. No one was there. Waited 18 minutes than called. No one answered. If I could give negative stars I would.

  Liberty Tax Service is the best!! Ingrid is the best Tax Preparer i have ever met. She informed and broke down everything for me step by step. They are for sure a strong winning team. I will be referring my friends/family to this office.

  2nd year doing my taxes at Liberty. Very knowledgeable, professional and savvy staff. I was in there and they took care of me from the minute I walked in the door and to the time I left. Will definitely be there in 2022.

  Beware of this place , they are totally underhanded , they run schemes to take your money and they are liars I am thinking about taking them to court

  Taxes are horrible, dont we all already pay enough in our paychecks. Rest assured that Liberty Tax makes the whole filing process much more stress free. Liberty Tax is fast, friendly, an all are extremely knowledgeable on the current tax laws. I will recommend them to everyone.

  Maryann is a excellent she makes you feel like your important. She’s very friendly and professional. I have always did my taxes at H&R Block. Not anymore liberty tax is my new tax preparation place .
