  I bought a car from here and it was the best decision I’ve made! Will was very attentive to my concerns on buying an older car and made sure I was happy with my decision and I still am! The staff are very friendly and helpful and was able to answer all my questions and when needed I will definitely be buying from them again!

  His cars are not reliable and he does not want to fix them once they break down multiple people have purchase car from them and had the same issues as I did transmission issues Tire issues recalls you name it

  Friendly staff, that's when your actually able to talk to someone, hardly answers the phone or returns messages. Sold me a lemon, supposedly fixed the issue, but NOT! Vehicle to old to file a lemon law claim. They refused to pick up the vehicle for repairs after breaking down 2 weeks prior but to " volunteer" repo took them days to pick it up. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

  I remember going to this dealer and saying to myself what a wonderful selection of vehicles this place has, when I purchased my first vehicle from them the experience was flawless. I then referred two family members as well as a colleague of mine. They love their vehicles and we all have never had a problem. We are thankful for businesses like beauty street auto sales, because in the end they are here for us.

  The best used car dealer around. Great customer service, vehicle service, patience, as well as empathy. This place gets 5 stars. I purchased my vehicle with them and I get my car serviced here when ever it needs and the service is always great. Thanks beauty street for always coming through when needed.

  Bought a car there couldnt even get it for the first month because they had to fix some problems, when we got the car those problems werent even fixed, then about 2 months later the car was completely broke down. I took it to another shop they said with all the problems it would cost 9 grand to fix this 4 thousand dollar car... they are con artists

  Would never go there again. Went there to buy my sons first car and was told that the car we decided on had a GOOD transmission and engine. 1st night we get home we have to take it right back because the break lights wouldn't turn off. Then my son had an issue with the breaks...he said they were stiff while he was trying to push down on brake pedal. The final incident happened after he only had the car for 1 month....the transmission died. Their only way to "help" me would be to make me buy another car from them or pay more than what I paid for the car to get a new transmission. I decided to just take the loss...I'm not going to give ANY more money to these people. And they're busy claiming everything was great on the car when we sold it to you..trying to blame us that car had issues. I took my business to a "reputable" dealership this time and my son and I are very comfortable with the car and the dealership. Great staff and great warranties on vehicle

  Hello Mrs Jones, were sorry to hear about your bad experience, in this instance, someone else, not the dealership, tinkered with the vehicle and put fluids where it was not suppose to go, possibly causing irreversible damage to the vehicle. While we do understand mistakes happen, we always inform our customers to bring the vehicle back to us if there is a problem, where a licensed professional mechanic can look at it. We tried to salvage the error caused, but unfortunately the damage was done.

  Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful !!!!!!! It's not often that you receive "GREAT" customer service but Beauty Street Auto (located in the Poconos), and their staff provides you with Fantastic customer service. I purchased a vehicle from them a few years ago. Each and every time I had an issue with the vehicle, I was able to bring it back. I called Beauty Street auto a few months ago because I was having an issue with the vehicle and they were still willing to assist me. I would recommend Beauty Street Auto to everybody that is tired of poor customer service.
