  This is a great outfit with a well-run office and staff. They are prompt and courteous. I enjoy doing business with them and will do so in the future. When I read some of the reviews, I find it hard to believe someone can describe them as such. Problems sometimes occur in all businesses but E&E deals with them as they come up. That's why they are the best! Going back again and again. Shout out to Ricmarie!

  We have had zero communication with the settlement agent, neither has our buyer. This includes the collection of earnest money, leaving us without recourse or the opportunity for remuneration for lost opportunities to sell for cash. Our closing date of May 2, 2022 has come and gone and nary a word or the courtesy of a return call. Update - we are almost set to close 5 days late, but better than the alternative. The property owners association was a hold up. So not all blame lands at the feet of E&E.

  I bought a condo in Mount Pocono. E&E Settlement Services did the final closing. Jazmin and everyone at E&E Settlement have been professional, honest and very helpful. I highly recommend E&E settlement for your closing.

  This has probably been the worst title company I have ever worked with. The communication has been terrible, nobody gets back to you. Ricmarie avoids calls and doesn't respond. Angela gives her word that she'll call, then disappears. They also seem to be very shady and dishonest in terms of escrows. If you have a choice, I'd advise to go elsewhere.

  Not only did they help me find the house I wanted but they help me get into the house I wanted walking me through each step along the way. When any thing arose to delay us they were contacting me with new plans to move forward however I felt comfortable with. They're realtors that are real, genuine people that want make sure you feel at home when you're buying you're house; as a first time buyer I need that. Jon Santiago was always checking in and always honest about where things were in the process and made me feel a part of the process allowing me to make some decisions on what I wanted in the house as they were working on it. Couldn't have asked for a better result than my beautiful new house!
