  I have refinanced my home mortgage twice through BestRates Mortgage. Dan works directly with multiple lenders and he has always been able to get me the lowest rates. There is always a lot of paperwork involved with any mortgage application, but Dan has streamlined the whole process and you can upload all required documents to a secure website. If paperwork needs to be signed, you just print it, sign it, then scan it and upload it to the site. I have never had to go into his office and, as a matter of fact, I have never met Dan in person. Just do everything from the comfort of your own home. Even the title company will visit you at home for signing the final paperwork. Super easy! Dan always responds quickly to emails and phone calls and he is extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend BestRates Mortgage to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home.

  UPDATE June 2020: Just refinanced my house because of the low interest rates. Once again, Dan was my guy. He made the process as streamlined as it could possibly be, worked with me on all turns, was ALWAYS prompt about getting back to me with questions, and got me the lowest insurance rate i have ever seen on a home. Like... ever. In my life. 8 years later and Id still recommend Dan to anyone!! ——————————————— November 2013 Long and the short of it is I had a great experience with Dan buying my first house! Buying a house is a pain in the butt any way you cut it but Dan made it as easy as it could have been. He was always extremely quick to respond to any questions that I had, was prompt, and easy to get ahold of. I'll go to him when I buy my next house!

  Dan got the deal done - then another and another! Found Dan with Bestrates on the internet, his rates were very competitive. We did all the paperwork over the internet, with no major problems. At closing, a notary came to our home and we signed the papers. Went smooth, Dan is very organized, answers questions patiently and responds quickly. Then we sent our kids to him for their home mortgages. Both also went quite smoothly, especially considering both kids were first time home buyers. Thanks to Dan, we are all proud homeowners!
