  I can't say how happy I was to have Ryan as my mortgage broker. This was my first home and it was a scary process and he made everything seem so uncomplicated. My real estate agent had never worked with him before and she kept saying how great it was to work with him. He had everything closed two weeks early and way ahead of schedule.
