Jakob Kelly1I recently wanted to open a new account. When I went up there , I filled out an application, and gave them $5 to open the account. The workers told me I would be contacted in the near future if I was approved. About a week went by, I heard nothing at all. When I called their location, they were kind of rude, said everything was taken care of when I was up there previously. Well clearly it wasn’t. I didn’t know if an account was opened, or if it was, what my account number was, or if I was getting a debit card, if I had online access , or anything at all. The fact that this credit union was being dishonest before I even started doing business with them, makes me not want to keep the account that I still have no information on at all.

Tee Dolla1Always rude. Every single time that I’ve been here they are all always rude. If you don’t like your job get another one. I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service is always poor. Won’t be back.

Crystal D1Worst bank ever. Withdrawal limits are unbelievably low and you have to wait a full 24hrs in order to withdrawal again. Apparently there is a 2yr expiration date on ATM cards (not explained upon signing up) and a restriction is placed on your account until the new card is snail mailed and activated. Nothing can be achieved online so if you so happen to be out of state and need funds and/or action to your account be prepared every time to have to mail in the appropriate paperwork without a prestamped envelope. Moving my funds to a different bank asap

Should you ever need a higher amount for a trip or other instance just let us know ahead of time so we can work with you and make a note on your account. Currently our Debit Cards do expire every 2 years, however we mail members replacement cards well before the expiration date and don't place restrictions on the card in use during this time. Roger East5love the credit union. convenient hours for a 3rd shiftier opening early on Fridays. Friendly personal for a bank. Don't like the $3000 a day limit withdraw have to plan ahead if needing a bigger withdraw.

Sally Mae1Called and got two different people that answered the phone. Both very rude. I had a simple question and the arrogance from them both was not acceptable. Hopefully a branch manager will review this comment and take care of this. Makes me think twice About where I should keep my money.
