Marilyn Polivka5I brought my 2007 Corolla in for an oil change and to diagnose the wheel noise (or what sounded like it). The mechanic found that one of the belts was worn and cracked and need replacement. So I got that done. He bent (or unbent?) part of the wheel "stem" as it was bent, and secured a panel that was hanging down. The car is running well, and there is no more noise. Price seemed a bit high, but you can't beat Metro for attention to the customer, including taking me to my car to show what the problem looked like before proceeding with the work.

Jane L5Mike was great, not pushy at all. I appreciate him letting us take a few cars for a test drive on our own. I think having a Toyota will be a better investment, they hold their value so well.

Ali Adnan5I was trying to lease a vehicle, so I went to many dealerships like Ganley Subaru, Sunnyside and Infiniti, I had very bad experience with them. They run credit report for many times that effect on my score (which was Excellent Score) and by the end of the day they denied me for silly reasons. Until I give a visit to Metro Toyota, and I explained them my situation and they confirm that they can help me to lease a car and that was true. I get 2019 Toyota C-HR with very good price and I’m happy for that. I really appreciate what Sam (Salesman) and the others at Metro Toyota did to me and helping me to get a car.

Stephon Smith-Brown1I am very unhappy with the Auto Butler service and overall lack of response from the service department. On several occasions, I have gone in for the Auto Butler Service and the leather in my car was not touched. Several calls to the service manager went unanswered. Also, on one occasion, I went in and had my cabin filter changed only to find out later that it was never changed. I was also told once that I needed 4 new tires. I went to Conrads and was told that the front two tires were at 6/32 and the backs were at 10/32. This is not how you treat customers, especially if you want them to continue to purchase cars at Metro.

Aaron Perine5My experience with Minas was great, he was very attentive and accommodating. I never felt pressured to make any decisions (like other dealerships in the area) and he helped me weigh my leasing options with the pure lease policy. All of the staff was very friendly, they even talked some Walking Dead with me while they filled up my gas tank. Exceptional.

Michael Kreiter5This was the second place we went looking for a car. We ended up buying a certified pre-owned 2013 Toyota Highlander and we are very happy with it. Michael Ferrett greeted when we walked in. He was very nice, and informative salesman. He brought out car after car for us to look at and test drive. Once we found the one we liked, he wasn't too pushy. He waited as my wife and I debated on whether we wanted to commit to buying the car (it's a big investment after all). If you are in the market for a used car I would recommend starting here. We were very happy with our experience. We are very happy with our purchase, but we did just buy it yesterday.

James Nedrich1Don't ever go to this place when you are looking for a vehicle. Spent hours in the showroom couple days ago negotiating. Then agreed on price over the phone. Left work early to sign and pick up the car only to get an "I'm sorry we quoted you on the wrong truck." Even though the VIN# was verified at the time of the phone call. What a waste of time. Take your business elsewhere to someone who dots their I's and crosses their T's!!!!
