So my husband and I have had the Firestone CFNA card for about 4 years now. We have NEVER had an issue until today. Last week we paid our card off, yesterday I had an appointment with Firestone to have new tires and shocks put on my vehicle, with thier 6 months interest free we figured we'd use the cash, pay off the card and then use the card to help pay for repairs like we have done previously. Today we go to Firestone to pick up my vehicle and end up finding out that without warning and for no obvious reasons CFNA has blocked our card. They wouldn't give any info to the lady working at Firestone, only gave us a phone number to call which lead us to a recording for their fraud department, which just so happens to NOT BE OPEN until tomorrow. We are BEYOND angry at the moment and considering just cancelling the card. This is the WORST experience we have ever had dealing with a credit card company. Just be warned if you plan to pay off your card and then use it you may want to give them a call before you take your car in to have work done and end up screwed when you go to pick it up and find out they blocked your card... you know because paying off your card is alarming behavior! 🤬

The rating is for cfna not allowing automatic payments. This is a ripoff in today's world. I would not recommend them for credit. They are just hoping that the bill gets lost or there is some problem then they can charge large penalties for it. I believe that is there business model. I am very nervous using them because they can and will wreck your credit rating if you miss a payment for what ever reason. It is too risky to not have automatic payments set up even if it is for the minimum payment amount. Look for credit card at another tire store is my advice.

I have read all the negative comments on here and have to say your wrong. I've had my card for 10 years and not once encountered anything bad. If I called customer service it was always positive. Pay your bill on time to avoid problems.

This company is a scam. Firestone uses this company for their credit card. Firestone uses this company for their 6 months interest free promotion. I charged $177.24 for brake work thinking I'd make the payments over the 6 months to get the interest free savings. The very first statement however says the minimum payment is $27.00. I set up all the monthly for $27.00 . BUT $27 times 6 is $162.00. They are setting up their customers for failure. Following the minimum payment will make you default and all the accumulated interest at 28.6 % will be charged. What a raw deal, what a scam.

I've always paid my balance on time ALWAYS. But noticed recently that labeled a missed payment when I didn't even have a balance on the card............freaking egregious. No customer service what so ever. Biggest mistake getting this credit card.

I called the company today to find out why we received this credit card. My husband did NOT request it nor did he fill out any paperwork with his social security number so how did they get it? We have had our accounts frozen with all credit reporting services so this makes me wonder how they received this information. I requested the card cancelled immediately. This company looks very suspicious to me. I asked where they were located. He said 1-1/2 hours from Cleveland and 1-1/2 hours from Columbus. There address is in Cleveland. I will NEVER deal with Firestone or this company again.

Horrible Credit Service Company. The first couple of times I used this card I noticed the short payment period (7-10 days from arrival of bill to payment received requirement), but always paid in full same day that statement was received. The third time I used this card I received the payment coupon in the mail and again wrote check to pay in full, which I placed in the mail the next day. The following month I received a 0 balance statement with a late fee when the company claimed the payment was received a day late. In researching, I see that the 7-10 day payment period appears to be inadequate if those days include two weekends and potentially a holiday, during which the postal service itself is unable to move mail or deliver for several days. Upon contacting the company via phone, I was met with the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any company in at least 30 years. The representative was extremely rude and repeatedly cut me off and talked over me during the call. She displayed no interest whatsoever in what I was calling for. She also refused to escalate my call to a supervisor. I've come away with the opinion that this is how the company trains their employees to act, and the short payment periods are designed with the intention of creating late payment fees and interest payments for those who pay their bill in full.

I will NEVER use Firestone Complete Auto Care's Credit First National Bank Credit Card. My husband AND I have gone through Firestone for tires and brakes for awhile now and all I can say is that they have lost OUR business for good!!! I had their 6 month promotional deal on their credit card, paid within the time frame (so I thought). Well anyway I moved and for some reason I never received any of their statements and about 2 days before Christmas, I was shopping and received a call from a lady at Credit First National pretty much posing as if they were a credit agency trying to collect debt. I was so confused and she kept trying to press me for payment, it was for $61.40, I thought REALLY I got sent to a credit bureau and I NEVER received any written communication nor did I receive any phone calls about the issue! I know they didn't have my address BUT they had my phone number!!! Then she said, "Oh, well I'm not a real credit agency, I'm still with Credit First National." So unprofessional! I came to find out about two weeks before the final due date, I got charged for the accrued 6 month interest, I had no idea that I had a balance because I thought I had paid it off! I thought, no big deal, they will understand because this kind of stuff happens all the time and MOST credit card companies have grace periods for these specific reasons and will just credit back the interest charge. So I asked if they would just credit the $61.40 since the time frames of my last payment and the promotional offer ending period were very close to each other, well I received a big NO from supervisor Lowanda McMillian out of their Cleveland, Ohio office. Before I was sent to her, I had already told the lady before her that I will pay the $61.40 but I told her I thought that it was a poor business move on their part to really go after sixty bucks that was all interest, she transferred me to Lowanda, hoping for one last move but Lowanda shut me down! First of all she tried to explain that the ending period is the ending period, blah blah blah! Obviously she doesn't have the company's future in sight because for that $61.40, they have now lost me as a customer for GOOD!!! No more $700 purchases annually at Firestone Complete Auto Care, NO MORE!!!

Great company; personable customer service and never had an issue. 0% interest was a great deal when I got new tires right after winter. They even increased the credit line automatically. The Firestone card can be used any of their network which is good to have as tire companies are somewhat scarce around here in New Hampshire. On a side note it's interesting to see all the 1-star review...and their only review.

A check was sent to them by accident wrong account. They would not return the money unless I got a letter from my bank stating that the payment will not be returned. So did and still there was a problem that the letter was not sign by bank. The bank said the letter is done electronicly so there is no way to sign it. Now they said they will not send my money back till they get it, even after 30 on there account I will not get it back . This credit card company is nuts. If could I would give them kick it the butt for being so anle. SO STAY A WAY FOR THIS CC COMPANY .
