  David and his team are the mortgage team you want on your side. They are transparent, flexible and able to package large jumbo loans that may be restrictive or not possible with other banks. The process was smooth and they were able to accommodate an expedited 30 day close with no problem or delays even with it falling in between the holidays. Rates were as expected and everything they promised they delivered. We highly recommend David and his stellar team.

  Solid experience throughout. David is great, as others mention in their reviews, but so is the rest of his team. They were responsive, courteous and professional, and were always available when needed - even when the timing was inconvenient for them since we are on Pacific Time.

  Professional and very knowledgeable, got a jumbo loan pre-approval in basically 2 days as long as you provide all the info they'll get it done. Had several options to choose from as well. Communication was good. Highly recommended.
