  They were fantastic! They Could answer all of our questions, and helped us so much in the purchase of a home. I would highly recommend them... Very, very professional! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

  Melissa Jolis was the best thing that could have happened to our family when we found ourselves having to relocate for work. I hate buying and selling houses, and honestly have not had a good realtor experience. UNTIL NOW! My family had a lot of anxiety due to the relocation, our new jobs, selling our house, buying a new one in a State we were unfamiliar with, figuring out how to go about this in regards to our 3 children and 4 pets, etc. Melissa took one HUGE part of that off our shoulders, selling our house. I never worried about following her advice and she was open and honest the entire time of what to expect. She accomplished exactly what she told us she would. She was always quick to respond or reach out when something on our end needed to be taken care of, She made selling our house worry free. And our house was FAR from "turn key". She saw what the value in it was. I hope to never have to buy or sell a house again, but if I do Berkshire Hathaway is my go to. I only wish Melissa could be our realtor then!

  Rachel Friesema made my experience as a first time homebuyer wonderful. She and Kelly are kind, friendly, and amazing people. They explained everything to me even twice to make sure I felt comfortable. They also can literally work miracles!! I wouldn’t use anyone else. I would trust my closest family and friends to them.

  Linda listened to me about what I was looking for in a property, and to what my price range could be. She found me a house and helped me every step of the way from beginning to end. I was nervous, but Linda helped me stay calm. She answered emails, texts and calls promptly, and explained things and answered any questions that I had. She was wonderful!

  My initial experience with this company was very good, they got a tenant in within a week of my signing up . They were referred to me by a friend so i expected good results . With all the add-ons ,mandatory cleaning ,attorney fees , real estate fees etc.etc.etc. , their original out of pocket to me was more like two months rent ,not one , but that was fine . After we got the tenant in there, the agent was a little more difficult to contact , agin, no big deal . I found out the second year the tenant was in there, THEY KEEP ALL THE LATE FEES!! Its in the contract , so my bad for not realizing this , should have read the fine print . The issue i have is the tenant would tell him but the agent would never tell me when he was late,when he would pay or anything like that . NO COMMUNICATION .It came to my attention the tenant had installed an antennae directly on the roof ,bolting it through the shingles . I sent him a picture of it . He said no problem, we would pay a roofer to fix it when he left and take it out of his security deposit .Upon moving out , we found the AC not working .(in august, in florida??) Someone had turned off the breaker . I asked the agent to check the ac filter , he said he could not get the cover off . My new agent had no difficulty getting the cover off , the old tenant had no installed a filter and was running the ac with no filter . I had to have the unit serviced and all the old agent would cover was the cost of a new filter , i had to eat the service call , He also failed to catch the fact that he had destroyed the very expensive shades in the back room . The tenant also denied installing the antennae on the roof , which i had sent pictures of . I paid my neighbor 50 bucks to find and send the picture of the antennae . The tenant also stole the direct tv antennae that was on the house . For being so expensive, these guys suck!!

  We cannot recommend this business, because of our experience with Tom Gaspari. Zero communication, elusive, unprofessional, lack of customer service skills i.e plans arranged, and then, nothing... for weeks. Seriously! Very frustrating to deal with.
