Chase Bank Reviews

Daphne1Do Not Use The ATM!!! Chase appears to be trying to set precedent with this type of branch. This is a “cashless” branch. There are no live tellers. Yet, there are processes that are not openly disclosed to the customer. Their processes allow the bank to keep your money even in instances where employees witness the machine malfunction and not dispense your cash (the withdrawal will be confirmed in your transactions when checked and the bank will not immediately resolve the error/malfunction). Instead you will sit in a cubicle while a claim is created and case numbers established (if you go through executive relations). You will be told the matter will take at least 12 hours to be resolved. But, take closer to 24. The bank will not expedite resolution. Again, do not use the ATM …I used the atm inside the branch which is how the associate witnessed the machine malfunction. There were servicing agents repairing machines on the outside of the building. Yet, I was told the machines on the inside could not be serviced until after hours. Go to the branches with actual people to service you. There is one close by on Enterprise and straight up 19 north at Curlew on the same side as Home Depot. Be warned..the bank does not appear to care.

Alice S.1Chase holds my mortgage, the MOST important payment I make every month. I tried to enroll in automatic payments, but they do not accept payments from other banks. I asked for statements via email, thru which I could pay. Nada. I go to the bank. I call them to pay them. Now, as I have been doing for seven months, I have to CHASE them to pay them. Since 1799 when they were established, nothing seems to have changed. When will they catch up to the Twenty-First Century? No way in H E double hockey sticks would I use that bank.

Kelley Daiker5Kaleigh was extremely wonderful and helpful! She did a great job of explaining everything to us and helping us get started on a joint account now that we are married. Have always had a pleasant experience with Chase and their mobile app is one of the best. Kaleigh even explained some added benefits of the app to us. Highly recommend!!!

Carmen G1Very bad experience at this Chase location: I went there 3 times and they couldn't solve a simple problem, actually they complicated everything by processing wrong an operation. I finally had to go to another location where they solved the mess that was done. Not recomended

Julie1Won’t be back to this location. No tellers. I asked the lady if I can have someone deposit my money for me and she turned me away and said they have no tellers at that location and that I’d have to use the robot machines. I’ll take my business to another location where they have human tellers and human interactions.

Esmeralda Castro1Nun of the chase banks answer the phone. I’ve called every one a few times and it said they are open but busy. I checked the website and it says they aren’t busy at all.

zane bradford1I have checking account with Chase. Unfortunately, Chase likes to close earlier than their posted hours. Thus, I am unable to report my debit card lost and obtain a temporary. In addition, the application is currently malfunctioning and lost cards cannot be reported without calling. Ultimately, I will still be left without service and without a temporary debit card. Really getting sick of this bank cutting corners and not providing service when it's needed most.

Roaming Gnome1I am a Chase Private Client and had the worst experience today (Jan 4/21). I needed to get a money order for an emergency passport. I had my newborn and toddler with me and I have a medical exemption from wearing masks. The branch was empty and the young man who was working refused to serve me Even after I told him I had a medical exemption and told me to go bank somewhere else. He was Extremely rude and condescending but I will take his advice and bank somewhere else and will be emptying my accounts as well as filing a complaint.

Ruth Barber1They don’t answer the phones. They say that they are with other customers however whenever I go in there there are no customers. This is the same for all local branches!

Katie1This location has people working at it but they can’t help you deposit cash (no teller) they make you do it through an atm machine — only. Terrible use of a chase location.
