  This is the best OneMain Branch! The gentlemen are easy to work with and listen to your needs and come up with the best solutions for you. I have referred my daughter and other clients to this branch and they have been very pleased with them.   If you look up Great Customer Service in the dictionary, you will see a photo of Steve. He is responsive, attentive, efficient, professional, very down to Earth and relatable. Highly recommend Steve. I will send anyone I know to him. Excellent experience.

  I recently obtained a loan through One Main. I must say, for years I had been turned down by them, and had to result to the competition. However, Thomas was great at getting me approved! There is no looking back now to the competitor, (who put me through so much more red tape, and always need my arm, my leg, and two fingers for collateral)! I am very pleased with my loan and the service provided.

  After the Pinellas Park location turned my down by saying it will take one or two weeks to help me for a loan, the Clearwater location and the rep Steve Alvarado helped me the SAME DAY!! Steve is awesome, great customer service, he is definitely an asset!

  I have been a customer of One main for over a year now. I logged on to my account and I was told I was "pre-approved" for another loan, so I submitted my application 5 weeks ago. That Monday, I received a call, I forgot his name, to get the needed additional information. He said he was going to submit it and give me a call back. I've called and left 3 messages, and I STILL have not heard anything. No call, no email, no letter... I cannot believe I still have a current loan with this terrible company. I cannot understand how no one has communicated anything to me. If you're looking for a loan, don't use this company/location.

  Thanks to Morris, I had a great experience with my Loan process. He was very pleasant & professional. For the people who were not happy with their Loan process probably didn't have required paperwork to get through the process. Thanks Again for your help.
