  Great location, but you have to have a meeting to make an appointment to open an account. And they point to where you can STAND while waiting for your pre-appointment meeting. The comfortable chairs are for certain account holders, they have already decided that's not you, and they don't answer the phone, nor can you request a call back.

  Terrible. I needed assistance and they told me to go to another branch. I even offered to wait and they shewed me out the door.
