Pat “Pinky the Cow” Pat5This is the main branch I use for all of my in person needs. I use the app to pay for every bill except for one and that is to pay a person who is way stuck in a time long ago. So every month I go down and get one certified check to mail to that person. It is almost always a pleasure to go down there each and every time. Yes sometimes it can be busy but with the renovations that were just done. The line to move through the tellers is much faster and it’s easier to get in and out of the building. I have never had a customer service problems with attitudes or poor service. If I did have a problem I know who to talk to unlike a bank. Friendly and professional is the standard at this branch.

Kim Smith1i have been loyal customer since 2016. someone went to atm, helped themselves to my money, now L&N has punished me by stopping my privileges from using atms. i reported it, i called the police, why is this my fault. i am so disappointed with this bank. there has never been an issue with my acct, but i end up losing out. this is how loyal customers are treated. smh.

jayn dough5employees are kind and friendly. they have free savings and checking accounts, and don't steal your money like other banks do with their "service fees". they even sent me a letter for an offer for cheaper car insurance, i called for a quote and it was in fact cheaper (Esurance is the company). i feel safe with my $ in their hands.

Princess L1I arrived at approximately two minutes after nine. It was raining very heavy so I ran to the door, at the time I got there I was soaking wet. The banking hours are clear on the door and on the Internet. They are supposed to open at nine! I ride to two minutes after nine and the door was locked! There was approximately seven female standing around talking and laughing! All they did was look at me through the door! I had to go all the way back to my car in the pouring rain and call the main office and ask if there was an issue or if they were even going to open today. I was placed on hold why the lady called the bank. She came back to the phone laughing and told me that they were open now. I was pissed! I went back and said the rain to go back into the bank this time the same females that were staring at me in the pouring rain to the door staring at me walking in. I was soaking wet and I let them know I was very unhappy. I had just moved to the state and was looking for a new bank,I cashed a $4000 check. They never offered for me to open an account there or even apologize for their behavior. You would think with $4000 cash I would be offered assistance to walk to my vehicle which is located downtown Louisville. Or at least be given an envelope to put $4000 in cash inside. But of course not. These tacky females in this low class bank will never get my business again!

Eric Collins4I used to dread walking into this location because of rude staff. However as of 2018 most of the staff are fairly friendly now. During business hours they can print you a debit card in just a few minutes. However, ATM deposits are not possible with L&N banks.

Memoir Young5I visit this location quite often. The tellers are always nice and work quickly and efficiently. I'm so glad that the renovation's have taken place. There is now more privacy when conducting business with the tellers.

Nick Henson5Always a pleasure working with this branch in particular. We use L&N for our personal checking, savings, home equity line as well as business checking & savings. They take the drama out of working with banks by being personable and - IMO most importantly - lightning fast to close.

Olga S5Tony Raley met with me to go over loan options and I was blown away by the time he dedicated to me, even after we found that his loan options weren't quite a fit for what I was looking for at this time. He gave me a ton of knowledge and tips and I can tell he cares about what he does and the people he helps. I highly recommend everyone to contact him!
