  Tracy Robinson has been a wonderful help in explaining the process and taking her time to walk us through exactly what we need to do to get qualified for a mortgage. I told her right up front that we are 18 months from being ready to buy and she still jumped right in with advice on how to improve our credit and how much we will need to save up for a down payment and closing costs. I feel very confident that when our lease is up we will have our credit in a good spot and the right amount of money saved to buy our dream home. It's nice to know she was there to help at this critical planning stage.

  I can’t say much more about the team at Benchmark Mortage other than they are the best ever at what they do. Rodger and his team are flawless from day one all the way through closing. We had a bad experience with another lender who was not honest and forthcoming and we almost lost our home because of this but once we switched to Benchmark the loan was completed in record time. Melanie was very responsive, always had a quick response to any questions or concerns I had with kindness and patience. They treated me like I was family and made me feel at home every time I called or visited. This is a company you want to do business with, they have a passion for what they do and make this complicated process simple. I will always refer them to friends and family.   The whole team was amazingly helpful from start to finish!!! I would highly recommend them. My loan officer Nikki and her assistant Courtney answered thoroughly every question I had any time of day! Best experience out of the three houses I have purchased. The most significant take away from this experience is that Nikki came and sat with me through closing at the title office. I’ve never had a loan officer join me at closing but it did make me feel more comfortable! Will definitely utilize them with all of my future puchases! Thank you all girls for working so hard and being so patient with me!

  Had a excellent experience with Benchmark! We actually went with them because they had the most positive comments on google review. With moving from out of state we needed to rely on other people’s opinions and they did not steer us wrong!!!! Ashley M. worked with us over the phone with no hiccups or delays, even after we found the first house we wanted to put an offer on she crunched numbers real quick for us as she was out the door for a date with her husband. Not to mention the girls at the front desk are so well organized, kind, and genuine! We know 100% God guided us to Benchmark more specifically to Ashley! She has been a total blessing in this whole move!

  Melanie & Roger at Benchmark were amazing throughout our mortgage lending and closing process. All documents were delivered in a timely, convenient way with very clear instruction and deadlines.
