  I have banked at First Basin Credit Union for nearly 10 years now. Absolutely no complaints. I love the free checking and free ATM Visa debit card. And, I love the fact that it has stayed totally free since I first opened my accounts. They have always treated me with the upmost respect even though I never have much money in my account. The online banking and app are easy to use . I am nearly 50 years old now and I can honestly say I have never banked at another bank that I love as much as this one. Thank you!

  I can not begin to tell you how welcoming everyone was. I opened a new account with Liliana Rayos, and let me tell you she made the whole experience so smooth and easy! She made sure I understood everything and even helped me set up my online banking app. She was so kind and answered any questions I had. And went over some other checking and saving options they have! If you’re looking to bank and open an account I highly recommend going with Liliana! She is the sweetest and I look forward to being a member of first basin credit union due to her customer service! Thank you Liliana!

  Friendly, courteous staff. Always feels like a "Home Town Bank". Only critique I have is on the lending side where it is impossible to meet with an actual "Loan Officer". Otherwise, fantastic service and super people in the Midland Branch. 30 year member.

  Denise Saenz was the first to assist me. She was very informative and responsive! Thank you for assisting me with my Auto Loan! Secondly, I went into the branch to Sabrina Luxton to finalize paperwork. She is friendly and Efficient! Thank you for the quick turnaround!

  We absolutely love the people that work at First Basin our only wish is that the ATMs would be more modern like at Wells Fargo and be able to accept multiple signed checks and deposit cash into the ATMs this would be very helpful for weekends or when the branch is closed.

  Liliana Rayos was absolutely fantastic in working with me to set up an account. Her customer service and professionalism was nothing short of exceptional. Despite a somewhat unusual situation, she helped me through the process step by step with ease. Her personable approach made it an enjoyable experience. I cannot say the same for several other financial businesses in the area. I would greatly recommend working with Liliana and First Basin.
