Ricky Jeffrey12 ATM's at this location. One flat out doesn't work and the other won't accept cash. Went inside to make deposit. Line is a mile long and only one teller is bothering at all to work. Woke bank that gives account holder information to they government. Screw BoA. Will be looking for a new source for my banking needs!

Karthik Geedi1The worst BOFA location in entire Texas. Four of my friends moved their accounts to Chase, just cause of service here. Worst Customer service. They behave as if they own entire BOFA. Its best BOFA to fire all at this location and hire full new staff. I wish i could have an option to give .01 Star.

usaearthling5I have had an account with this bank for well over 40 years. I have moved from the town I opened my account with BOA to several large cities and back. In those 40+ years i have never had a problem with them. Every single person I have ever dealt with has always been professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. This is why I continue to bank with BOA.

Catrina Johnson1I scheduled an appointment online for today 05/16/2020 at 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:26 and there was a man sitting in lobby waiting. Rep came out and asked if anyone had an appt. We both said yes, she didn’t ask what time or our names. When one of the 2 reps was available, she came and asked who was waiting first, again no names nor appt times. The gentleman went in first. At this time it’s 10. When the 2nd rep was done and asked how we can be helped, we told her our appt was for a notary, she said oh I’m not a notary and can’t help. We had to keep waiting. I was complaining loudly. She came back at 10:15 and asked me for my name, I gave it to her. At 10:30 the notary was finally available. Our paperwork was done in 4 minutes. When we left the building, I received an email saying my appt was cancelled. The first rep did this so that I would not get a survey to blast and berate them. This place is horrible beyond words. Know that an appt is to make you feel important. But you’re not.

Tabula Rasa1Awful. Horrible hours. Horrible wait times. They do NOTHING - and do not care to improve their customer care. It is what it is, but Midland is not a small enough town for them to not care about expansion their hours and services instead of limiting them and shrinking them. I’ve used Bank of America for years - This is the only town I’ve lived in with a 4pm close time .... They used to have drive through hours that went past that by an hour but they have decided to eliminate those services - So, if you work a 9-5 shift you will never be able to utilize the local location, unless you come in for a couple of hours on Saturday to wait to talk to someone - And even then that couple of hours has to fall within the only 4 hrs they are open on Saturday working almost no tellers and bankers to meet the ACTUAL DEMAND proffeced from the community they are suppose to be servicing.

Anusha Reddy1They said they don’t see people without appt. Made an appt for 9:00 am. When I walked in they said there is no one to help me with the appointment. Took them 40 min to see me . Wasting people’s valuable time.

Chris Campos1Probably the worst BoA location I've been to. Very slow service at the tellers. People were leaving cause they were that slow. Go to one down town if you can. 15 min transactions per person in line . And just basic stuff on a Tuesday brunch time

Shyanne Pool1I have revised my review.. The only good thing about this bank is the ATM banking center. You cannot use a drive thru lane because they have closed them all. What kind of bank does not have a drive thru? It’s stupid! The tellers are very very rude! I went in to deposit cash into my husbands account and was told that I could not deposit cash next time. It has to be a check, money order or cashiers check from my account. I was also told that if I made deposits into his account I would need a debit card for that account or use his, well that’s kind of hard when he is out town.. What kind of bank does not take cash for a deposit? They will disperse money but not take money?! I tried reaching out to the bank manager or president and was unsuccessful. If you use Bank of America I highly recommend using the ATM for banking or using a different branch, perhaps they may be more helpful then this branch.
