  Been with amax for 5 years by far I am pleased with them especially Sara she has been my go to for 5 years and has always made sure she helped us get the best deals and also explains everything thoroughly so you understand if u go to anyone make sure to ask for her she's the best of the best

  Negative star i wish. I don't like to exaggerate. But customer service is lost at these places.... on midkiff rude rude rude! I am about to rate the other pronto place in odessa as well they are so rude. Either they can't handle upset customers or they rather not deal with it! If it weren't because of how cheap it was to get it because for the time being i needed something cheap, i will never recommend! I called to ask when my insurance was due and they gave me a date which turned out to set me late!!! So i had to pay EVERYTHING all over again! Then i asked if there was anything they could do since it wasn't my mistake the girl that was there just kept repeating herself. People need to stop being so sour and miserable! It is not the customers fault you don't like your job! And the one in odessa said she would call me back because she "was super busy" yea... No call....... Never again!

  I heard bad things about this place, but today that was proven wrong, I had a great experience, the staff was really friendly and the guy that helped me was really good at what he was doing. He was funny and even though I was waiting he made me laugh with his funny comments. The manager was really knowledgeable and they got me a great deal on my car insurance. They speak Spanish so it helped with my mother. I would definitely recommend this place. :)

  If I could have given 0 stars, I would have! Every time I have dealt with them, something has been deleted from my acct without my knowledge or I have just been blatantly lied to. From the inception of my policy I have owed a higher price every month. When my 6 months is over I will never darken their doors again. Buyer beware!!!

  My experience with this group of people is terrible. You will definitely be a policy number to these people. Your money will be welcome and treated well. You however will not be. They are not my providers, but I have gone out of my way to refer people to their location. I assure you this practice ends today.

  Its just a normal insurance company nothing fancy ,they do hurry up and haven't had a problem. I consider myself a genuine inconsiderate jerk, I'm the guy that won't hold the door open for you.I'm the guy that parks at the gas station in front of the pump just to get lottery tickets and a fountain drink ,while your in a hurry to get gas but have to wait on me . I'm the guy that will honk his horn when you sit at a green light for more than a couple of seconds. Believe me they are professional people they are nice and I've never seen them act rude , matter of fact they helped me better than any other insurance company , how ? Figure it out on your own !. But take it from me I'll stick with them , they made me comfortable.

  The prices are good. But the last time i went. Place was empty and the girl at the count was on a private conversation on her cellphone for 5 minute. And it was nothing related to work. Just personal.

  I recently cancelled my insurance. The manager was highly upset about it. She talked to me in a way that wasnt professional. Never again will i consider going back to this company or having any of my family and friends too
