      US Bank does not let you split up your Mortgage to pay 50% on the 15th and 50% on the 1st of each month in order to save money over the long term in your total payments. People considering US bank for their mortgage should be aware of this. They consciously don't offer this option to make more money off of mortgage interest

      Kita was such a pleasure! Went in trying to figure out some complicated stuff and she was so patient while I had to call numerous different people to get it figured out. I called after the fact to get a special copy of something and she worked me through it, emailed it annnnd followed up to make sure I got it. What an all star!! So kind and personable!! Keep up the great work Kita!!

      The wait was very long to see a banker as I believe there was only one person working. Otherwise everything else is good but I shaved a star off for that. The staff were professional.

      I’ve set up two appointments in the last week taking time out of my day to wait for them to call me and they still haven’t called me. Even when I called support through the app they couldn’t reach anyone at this location 🙃 second star is only because someone from this bank called me back when I first enrolled but that’s it. I guess I’ll just have to go in person

      I'm not much of one for writing reviews. However, this deserved it. (Actually, "he" deserved it.) Matt was SO FRICKEN HELPFUL! Quite legitimately, he made what could have been some tricky stuff very smooth and quick. He's a great guy, super personable, and made it an enjoyable banking experience. If anyone at US Bank reads this, give that man a promotion, a raise or whatever you have to do to keep him around. Thanks Matt!

      I tried depositing cash at the ATM and the cash was taken and not deposited or returned to me. I went inside, waited a long time to see the teller, who told me she would take my name/number and call me back as all their computers were done. No one called me back. I went back into the branch a day later, where the manager told me to call 1-800-USBANK for help. He said the money should be added to my account in 10 business days. It's been about 5 business days and the money has not been deposited into my account so I will check again at day 10. But this feels ridiculous to have to wait 10 business days. I should be paid interest in the money they are withholding from me!

      Might have left my card in the ATM last night. Called this morning to check, but no answer. Called FIFTEEN MORE TIMES over the past hour and no answer. Now I'm going to have to use my lunch break to drive to this branch from St. Paul, cause apparently none of them are able to pick up and operate a phone. This is the only US Bank branch that I've had problems with and it's on going. If you can, avoid this branch at all costs. EDIT: @Ryan, I don't want to discuss anything besides whether or not my card is at that branch. 5 more calls and still no answer.

      Everyone here, including the tellers, personal and business bankers as well as Dan the branch manager have always been very helpful and accommodating. They know you when you walk in the door and you can call them any time you need something banking related and they take care of it, whether it is establishing a line of credit, order checks, make bank wires or a cashiers check. They also handle international checks. Great branch!

      RE: PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! I’ve tried calling USBank in Uptown over 20 times this month but they haven’t answered any of my calls! On my fourth attempt today, I heard someone pick up then immediately hang up on me without saying a word. I can’t believe I’m forced to leave a google review just to say PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!!
