  Conor is excellent at what he does and made absolute magic happen to get us into our dream home! He came highly recommended by my son (he also helped him in buying his first home) and I am so happy we listened! Conor and his team are professional, efficient, thorough and they make sure every detail is taken care of. I was told by many people that the home buying process is very stressful to go through, yet my experience was quite the opposite. Having a great team who communicates with you every step of the way and let’s you know what to expect removes much of that usual stress. I highly recommend Conor and his team if you’re considering a home purchase!

  I just bought my first home. That's something that I never expected to be able to say, but Conor and his team worked hard and helped make it possible. I was able to take advantage of a down payment assistance program with very minimal amount of out pocket, and Conor and his team helped guide me through the entire process. He is amazing at communication; giving clear direction and setting expectations for what I needed to do every step of the way. Highly recommended!

  My fiancé and I were referred to Conor by our real estate agent and I couldn't be happier with the result. We did shop around a little for other lenders, but Conor's friendliness, professionalism, and obvious expertise made going with Bell Bank an easy decision. He ended up going above and beyond for us on several occasions! Conor helped us get our application in under a VERY tight deadline for a great downpayment assistance grant, and we ended up spending hardly any of our savings thanks to him! When we were ready to make our first offer, he dropped everything and got us the documents we needed at 10pm on a Sunday night. What a guy! I'm typing this from the office of my very first home, and still in disbelief that I was able to achieve my dream of becoming a homeowner this year. I can't recommend Conor enough - I'm happy to recommend him to all my friends and family, and when I'm ready to upgrade he will be the first phone call I make. Thanks, Conor!

  I can't imagine a better mortgage and home buying experience then with Conor Hesch and his team with Bell Bank. My wife and I have purchased two homes utilizing Conor and we cannot recommend him enough to our family and friends. Conor is a true gem both in the industry and as an all-around stellar human being. The customer service he and his team bring are out of sight. 5 out of 5 stars every time. I mean, how often do you see a loan officer with a kick butt hashtag? #closingwithconor

  Couldn’t have had a better experience. Conor and his team are top notch, highly skilled and get the job done right.   Conor is seriously one of a kind. I'm an insurance agent and have been working with Conor for a little over 4 years now either referring clients his way or helping his clients with their insurance needs. Over the years we've become friends and I have to admit his knowledge and understanding of mortgages and first time home buyer grants is unbelievable.
