  It has been an excellent experience with Eric and his team. I was looking for mortgage on my first investment property. They made the process extremely easy and I say this based on having gone through more than 20 mortgage and refinance processes. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best rate and a no-hassle experience on their mortgage or refinance.   Eric Pirius with Bell Bank answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. As a first time home buyer he took the time to make sure I understood the different components of a mortgage and went through different financing options with me. He talked me through different scenarios depending on what amount of a down payment I was comfortable paying, if I wanted to utilize a down payment assistance program, etc. Eric even went out of his way to find me a discount.   We used Eric to help us finance our home in Edina. During our process with him, he was responsive and proactive. He was also incredibly engaged in the process, which we were very impressed by. We had a very tight turnaround (3 weeks) after we submitted our offer, and he pulled everything together before our scheduled closing date. He is clearly passionate about what he does, and it shows both in the way he treats his clients as well as the final product (the successful closing of a loan). We have worked with many mortgage bankers in a professional capacity (we own a construction business), and he is by far the best we have worked with and that is why we chose him for our personal house.
