Lew Spurlock5I contacted Mel Tijo for help in getting a voided check from my new checking account that I could give to a local official. I don't have checks yet. He suggested a letter instead that would speed up resolution of the issue. There was a technical problem in getting the letter through to me, but he persisted and made sure I got what I needed. Great mastery of his work and great persistence in making sure I got what I needed.

Michelle Morales5I love this credit union. I am a business owner and have two loans, my operating account, my trust account and my family has a plethora of personal accounts. The service is exceptional!! It is always quick, professional and above expectation. My branch counselor is Natalie Morgan. SHE IS AMAZING!!! I can email or call and she always responds so quickly. And she actually picks up her phone when I call. It is old fashioned customer service at it's best! Even though she probably assists MANY clients she is always up to date on what is going on with my accounts and gives great advice. Honestly, she is the reason that I am so happy with FIGFCU. Natalie always goes the extra mile to make sure that I have what I need, understand the product and that I am aware of new things that the credit union is doing. If you are looking for a customer centered bank/credit union, you should go with these guys. Also, they do a give away at the end of the year based on the accounts you have. Kind of like a BONUS. If memory serves, it is for direct deposit/credit card swipes, interest rebate, dividend bonus, etc. Last year I think I got $350.

Michelle Cruz5I have had the awesome privilege of dealing with Natalie Morgan. She is my branch counselor and I have always dealt with her when I had any questions or answers. She has always been quick to help me get all the information I was requesting. She is very friendly and I would recommend her to ANYONE! Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union sure does have wonderful employees!!!

She's helped me numerous times. She's helped me without me even asking. She saw my name on a request I sent thru their website, and insisted on handling it, and calling me. I love the personal service of a credit union, especially when they employ such great customer service counselors.
