  This was by far the easiest adulting I've ever had to do. Sarah and her staff made me feel like family from our first communication. Their helpfulness and availability was top notch.   This is my third review on Homeseed and Nick Xavier. I typically would not spend this much time reviewing a company and or a person, but they deserve the recognition. Nick was an outstanding loan advisor going above and beyond, answering every single question and giving us the best advice in guidance through the loan process. We have worked with Nick before so this time around there is absolutely no question who we were going to call, he is that amazing! Homeseed also has a great team of people helping through the process as well. We are so thankful for their expertise!

  Chris de Leon and his team were very professional. We received excellent customer service. They let us know what to expect through the loan process. We refinanced our existing loan to get a lower interest rate. I would highly recommend him.

  I worked with Brody O'Connor and his team. When I was shopping around for refi lenders, Brody reached out to me with 3 scenarios of what my refi would look like in visual charts and that was what drew me to Homeseed and I'm so happy I went with them. They were extremely organized, knowledgeable, quick to respond to my questions, and gave weekly updates of the timeline. I was given multiple ways to contact them including my favorite, a text number that went out to the whole team. It was the most painless mortgage experience I've ever had.
