  I was absolutely dreading going to the bank after having my account compromised. However it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Jay was an absolute rockstar. He explained to me in simple terms everything that was going on, what my options are, as well as provided pleasant conversation. He made my experience so easy when I was in a really tough situation. It was really nice to feel like I had someone that understood my situation and was on my team. At the end of the visit I felt a weight off my shoulders that I could use my account again and that I was no longer in danger of identity theft. Overall I'm super happy that there is finally a BECU branch up in Bellingham. Going to the bank always sucks but the staff here are top notch.

  Love BECU. Always very friendly and helpful!! I've never had any issues trying to get stuff resolved or even just having questions answered. Been with them for many years and have no intention of ever switching to a different bank or credit union.

  I have been with BECU for many years now, I’m always so impressed with their interest rates versus all the other local banks. I went into the lakeway location recently because I was confused about my statement. Billy was so helpful and kind, and I left feeling informed and confident in my choice to bank with BECU. Because of BECUs unmatched customer service I will continue to give them my business and recommend them to my friends.

  I have been a BECU Member since 2019 and I can safely say that there is no where else I would rather be. The customer service is always amazing the employees truly listen and want to be able to help, the app is extremely easy to use and the benifits are amazing. Joyti helped me when I went and she was extremely friendly and caring. I'm very excited that there is now a location in Bellingham!

  Switched to BECU years ago for both personal and business accounts. Best decision ever and thrilled they now have a branch in Bellingham!

  Had a home loan with becu in 2008, was paying $1600 a month. Needed a lower payment so they gave me a home loan modification that would lower my payment to $1100. And added 10 years to my home loan saying the payment would not go up. A few years when by and payment started going back up. Called them up to ask why, the Lady said sorry the person you were talking with did not know what they were talking about. I owed $220,000 on the house, They listed the house as a wonderful opportunity at $125.000. Thank you becu. 3/11/ 2021 Sent them a email said they would get back to me and didn't by far the worst bank I have done business with.

  Ali is amazing, she was so kind and informative. As a young adult looking to move across the country and buy my first home, I get a lot of criticism. Not once did she say that I was too young. A helpful and beautiful person <3

  Finally great credit union in Bellingham. Had a chance to use the outside ATM. Very convenient, not having to go inside. Very polite staff.

  Easy to set up an appointment online. Great customer service. It's awesome to finally have a location here in Bellingham/Whatcom county!
