  Who knew that applying for a mortgage could be...fun?! As first-time homebuyers, we were a little nervous about financing such a big purchase, but BJ walked us through the process from initial chat to closing with enduring patience, razor-sharp expertise and good humor that put us at ease during what could have been a very stressful time.   I have worked with and referred BJ (John) to my clients for over 11 years as well as financed my own properties with him. The reasons you should consider working with him are fairly simple: 1) he’s incredibly sharp and knows loans backwards and forwards and can often anticipate and deal with potential issues before they become issues 2) he’s a great communicator and ensures all parties know what’s happening in any given point in the transaction 3) he’s creative and can find ways to make a deal work when other lenders cannot and 4) his rates are usually very competitive and when clients are shopping lenders, they land on BJ.
