  I've worked directly with the BCA team for just over 17 years. As someone who has worked with over 1,000 ARM agencies, I've had good clients and clients I wish were better. Then, we have those clients that we wish everyone would strive to be like. BCA is that client for me. The executive team has established a culture of excellence for their employees and empathy for the consumers they work with. If I were to have a family member with an outstanding debt, I could only hope that account is placed with an organization like BCA. Gold standard in accounts receivable management.

  When you have a business partnership, you need to know that your relationship is solid and they are an extension of your own business beliefs, standards, expectations and quality. You need to know that your business partner will treat all transactions just as you would handle them if you were handling them personally. You need to have this high level of expectation without concern and without hand-holding throughout the process.
