  I have been a BOA customer for a long time and will continue to do so because not every location is like this one. But, what you read from the other reviewers is true. This location is pretty rough. Its a busy location so there really isnt any excuse for it to be in this condition. The lines inside are unreasonably long. Then you have the ever present South Florida knucklehead that skips the line causing the those waiting to start arguing. Its just a bad scene. The place looks dark and dingy also. The drive up ATM line is also pretty tight. I try to use other BOA locations. This place has been the same for years. Look at the photo of the parking lot. Its filthy. No excuse.

  If I can give 0 starts I would this bank is the worst location I’ve ever been to no one answers the phone , in person everyone is super rude especially the manager at the front, can’t stand her. Asked for some bank papers they told me would take 2 days to receive them it’s been 2 weeks and I have not received a call yet. I will never step foot in this bank again

  This's a Bank that really knows how to help. I Walked to front desk and Reinier helped me with my need very Professional and courteous. Thank you Reinier keep it up.

  Definitely a great bank. Offered me investment options and credit options. Manager also came over to Greet me! Wow!! Excellent skills. Thank you BOA!!

  The manager is the finest in the Miami-Dade area. I never have to wait long for services. The staff has always treated me well and with respect. I prefer to go to this branch out of all the others.

  Bank of America is a horrible bank, they held my funds for more than 10 days and charged my account more than $400 in fees in just one week. The staff here do not want to work. And they try to get you out the door without even listening to your problem. They lie and make excuses just to not help. Every single staff here should not be permitted to work with public. Horrible Customer Service and horrible human beings.

  I'm going to simply agree with the 50 other post on here. Not exactly sure what world the .05% of 4 and 5 stars come from. Sad it's not just this branch. The branch near my job is the same way. Bank of America is one of those banks that just need to go under. Not sure what rubric is used to hire staff either, but somehow they got the cream of the crop. Real class acts.1 star. Negative 80 stars if I could.

  No commercial line, make you wait with $20k in your hands with 25 people in front of you in common line... Horrible service. Will be changing our commercial account to another bank effective immediately. Daily deposits of $20-$30k and have to put up with this crap. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

  In addition to all the reviews I will talk about the frustration my grandma and I went through with the bank manager who is a racist. With the worst of the attitude she asked my grandma is she didn't even speak a word of English, and continue to say that to live in this country you most speak at least basic English. My grandma has dementia and is dissabilitated due to her lack of retention, and yes she's Hispanics like a lot of us in Miami and nobody should have the right to humiliate her. I'm completely upset and will request a answer in regards to this. There is no way in hell that a manager of a bank of America has this lack of sympathy, patience and professionalism. Her job is not to help people with their finance necessities, her job there is to hate and discriminate against the customers that are literally given her the food for her table. We will never go to this BOA again, however I would like this to be known so if you dont want to experience racism, you dont go either.
