Very rude. Not helpful. Sarcastic in tone. Asked to see the manager to ask as to why my acc was created 5 days ago but is being closed without notifying me. On top of closure withholding my money from me (even after showing various proof of identity like ID social birth certificate etc) was still not able to get my money. All of my money has to be sent to me through mail in check form apparently which is thousands of dollars. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient on my behalf considering BILLS NEED TO BE PAID. terrible customer service and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to bank with chase let alone this specific one.

Well attended! Took time with each individual. Quick in and out. Has a Popeyes near by as well as a taco bell along side US1 and 184th st. Eureka Dr. Chevron car wash. Walgreens not too far off.

Worst customer service and management! Never pick up phone, talking so rudely, went to the branch 3 times for the same thing, never been assisted. They just don’t care! They don’t pick up phone calls, called so many times nobody pick up, if you want to reach the bank branch you have to call the corporate number then they will transfer your call, yet still waited for so long for them to pick up the phone and with a rude attitude. Walked in 1 pm on a Saturday they refused to provide me service, ask to come back next time with appointment because they will be closing at 2pm, this is the worst bank branch I have ever have to deal with, it’s a joke. The place was so empty only has 3 people sitting there helping customers, and no any other customer were waiting, yet they can not help you just because they will be closing in 1 hour. They said they only honor customers with appointment, so anybody was walk in can not be served because they will close in one hour. And because it might take more than 15 minutes and it’s 1 hour before they closing so they can not help you, you have to schedule an appointment to come back?! Where is the sign says“ appointment only”? Chase really need to investigate this branch, look at all the 1 star reviews and customer complaints, instead of wasting millions on advertising, you should simply need focus on training your employees, because whatever gonna make your customers banking with you or longer, it’s your company’s customer relations which means customer services. So far they are doing awful job.

I’ve been in the same position for over 30 minutes. Every month I have to come drop off a check for my mother. And I deal with long lines every single time, that take forever to move. This branch goes so slow. Wish I lived closer to another one.

Reviews don’t lie. I waited for 1h to 4:45pm to 5:45pm, then at the desk I was told that opening a Business Bank Account will take about 45min and unfortunately they close at 6pm, so I will have to come back next day. Not cool, staff there doesn’t seem care. Go to another Chase Branch for better customer service... 👎

Worst bank I have ever experienced . Every time I take my 90 year old mother, it takes at least an hour to be seen after you sign in. No one, and I mean no one cares. After my one hour wait yesterday we were told no one could help us add a beneficiary to her account. The woman proceeded to tell that every one was out to lunch at two in the afternoon. We left and went to the Chase bank on 152 st and immediately were taken care of. Excellent and helpful bank. Chase you need to make changes to your bank on 184 st !

If you want to be treated like a criminal go to this bank or any of the Chase Banks around here you can give them any ID all your information they ask for and still they will find an excuse not to change the check when you're not a customer t. run all their orver drafts 5 minutes before 12 am so that they can charge you all the overdrafts worst worst bank anywhere in the US.

So I guess I should’ve known that this bank was going to be extremely packed when I had a call about 15 times to finally get a hold of someone. The reason I was calling was to make an appointment so I didn’t have to wait. Made the appointment and got there and ended up still waiting about 15 minutes and no one could help me. I don’t understand how people run businesses like this. I will go ahead and take my money somewhere else.

I called this branch specifically. I heard someone pick up the phone and waited for them to say something. Instead I heard two bank employees talking about nail polish. Shortly after that, I was hung up on. I called back 4 times only to get a recording that says "all agents are busy assisting other customers". Busy assisting other customers, yeah right! Prior to that, I've been in the branch a half a dozen times and it doesn't matter whether you're there to see a teller, officer or even the ATM's inside, there is ALWAYS a wait. Lastly, about 2 months ago I went through the drive-thru to deposit checks and cash. The ATM wasn't accepting deposits. I tried back four times in 2 weeks and the ATM was never fixed. Needless to say I ended up going to another branch. I love banking with Chase as a whole but that branch really needs some work.

All banks have lines. But I found it to move quickly. Most of the time I can use the two large ATOms inside or use the app to take care of my banking needs. If needed calling customer service answered quickly and assisted me with a polite and professional manner.
