  After traveling up from the lower keys to deposit a check and open a beyond checking account. I got to the location on Saturday with less then 10 minutes to spare. The person in the office area was currently helping another customer opening an account. I was told I would not be able to have anyone help Since they were about to close. After explaining the situation of how far I had to travel to get there Mrs. Belmati Budhu was so extremely kind and very helpful. She walked me through the steps I needed to do to open my new account and she deposited the check for me. I have banked with TD Bank for over 25 years now, I love this bank for so many reasons. Currently we have no locations in the keys, but I heard you coming, and I am so happy to know that.

  This has to be the worst bank with the worst customer service. The lady at the front who is also one of the managers is so nasty. Even with people who are not having issues; shes so mean. I didnt have a problem with my transaction, but i saw how people are treated and am so glad i bank at more reputable places with ACTUAL costumer service.

  Adolfo Moncada Ramirez. Best customer service rep at td bank. It’s hard to find good customer service in all places. I almost closed all my accounts td bank and td ameritrade because of other people at the branch and the toll free number. One positive experience changed that. Keep up the good work Adolfo. Let him try to help!

  This is the worst Branch I believe TD has on their roster. This Branch is a nightmare. I opened up a personal account, had some money ACH to me from a SBA loan and they held my money for sometime requesting that I needed to open up my Business account, which I did. They never recorded it that i went into the branch and my account is still on hold. Can't get access to my money and I have a business to run. Horrific service, I called and got hung up on 3 different times. Spoke to the manager Lizbeth Hanno and she is just as bad as her staff. I highly recommend to stay from this branch. It's a NIGHTMARE. If you enjoy terrible service then be my guest.

  Omg this bank is very horrible place I don't really like this bank at all cause to much problems with them and also banking online they always locked me up for no reason I m not comfortable enough to this bank at all. Also the atm 🏧is not too good cuz I can't deposit the atm cause started returned money for no reason that why I don't really this bank at all... Too much problems No good bank at all

  I have never been so unhappy with a bank. The wait time is always sooooo long. The people there are uneducated about their services. I am the president of my business with a vpresident. They won’t let me open an account without the vp’s signature but the vpresident has an account with my business without my signature. Everything is so unorganized for a big corporation. I will be closing all my account from today!!!!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM !!

  BELL had the nastiest attitude, I bank in Homestead typically & Hollywood per usual. Have never been questioned in the tone she presented (maybe different branches have different operations and rules, respectfully I understand that) walked out unsatisfied just to go to another branch and get exactly what I needed. I WILL never bank there again. Not worth the insult. She should have a refresher training course on Customer Service.

  I love TD Bank especially this branch, I need a bank that is personable and professional. They all know me there and treat me very well. They go above and beyond their job descriptions. They work long hours and everyday, so it might get backed up inside but what do you expect from a bank that's almost always open, That's why this bank is open during the hours that we are get off work; its for our convenience!!! It is a great benefit for all of us in the real world working 9 to 5. I appreciate the sacrifice these great employees make to make my life easier, so I will never get mad that someones ordering lunch on the phone. At least shes not closing her lane to go on a lunch break. Thanks TD and Nadera

  I came in to apply for a personal loan and had the worst experience I ever had with a financial institution . This people don’t know what they’re doing . Please if you need a personal loan you better apply yourself online , I bet you’ll do it better . I went to this bank and they didn’t even told me that to be approved for an unsecured loan I had to had a minimum score of 750 , they just run my credit and then denied the application because I have 713 , they didn’t even told me the reason I was denied I had to call td bank customer service line and that’s when they told me that I needed a minimum score of 750 . Please save yourself time and avoid the horrible headache I just had .
