  Bay Equity treated our mortgage like it was the only mortgage they were processing. They were attentive to detail, and very communicative throughout the entire process. I will use them again on our next property. Iona was always pleasant to deal with, and answered the phone whenever I called.   This was my second time trying to get a mortgage and after the disappointment of things falling through at the last minute with the first one because I was not informed about requirements until the last minute I was timid but I need a home for me and my kids.   My experience with Bay equity home loans was absolutely amazing. Gino Giandurco guided me through the entire process, any questions I had, any time I called he was there. There was no talks of anything that I didn’t understand like my previous loan officers, it was just straight forward. After every step in the process be equity send you an email with a video of what’s going to happen next so you always knew what was coming. We were able to close my loan super quickly and with no issues. Let me not forget Jennifer Bush who was equally as amazing and straight forward. I was stunned on how fast they would reply and every time I sent them a document they were on it. Not to sound cliché, but if you read this far through my review, “look no further use Bay Equity Home Loans”.

  Gino went above and beyond to help my wife and I as first time home buyers. We didn't feel rushed or committed to do anything. He spelled everything out for us down to every letter and was practically available any time we needed to call him. And if he didn't answer? Well you can be guaranteed he would call you back with 15 minutes of calling him first. You can't say that about most people you know, even friends or family! Thank you Gino!
