  Drew Peterson at Bay Equity is an outstanding loan officer. He knew what we wanted and how to get it in the smartest way. He had the strongest connections in real estate, title, and even inspection companies. Without his network, vast knowledge, and expertise in this industry we may have never had a chance at getting our new home. He also has impeccable drawing skills and is great at spelling things out with scenario sketches for those of us that are more visual learners. ;D Thanks, Drew! You're the best!

  Terry communicated the process and was available to answer questions so promptly. The e-signing process was new to us but Terry went out of his way to make it happen since we were out of state. We were even able to close a day early. He called us with reminders and emailed even when he was on vacation!

  We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Drew Peterson. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a few loan officers before Drew, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us.
