  We have our homes, autos, motorcycles and an umbrella coverage through State Farm. We have been with these folks for 20 years and I could not be happier. They have seen us through a tornado, multiple minor and not so minor vehicle incidents, home hail damage, etc. My first agent retired some years ago and I was concerned we would not have the same value service we did with him, but Tyson has more than risen to the task. He is prompt, often answers his own phone (and timely), courteous/friendly and honest. He has helped us through so much and I could not recommend him highly enough. He will be very honest about gaps in coverage but will not try to oversell you.

Over many different companies I've used no one, NO ONE!! has taken the time to explain in a detailed manner the types of policies that best fit for me.   Tyson took the time to sit down with us to review our overall financial picture and walked us through the different insurance products offered. He advised us on the policy amounts that would best protect us and verified we weren't overpaying for coverage we didn't need. His personalized and no-pressure approach was a stark difference to the online-based insurance company we came from. Not only did we get a dedicated agent, but we also saved money - talk about a win-win!

  We had been with the same State Farm agent for as long as I can remember. When he retired, we needed a new agent so we gave Tyson Norman a call. We hadn't reviewed our policies in a while, so Tyson met up with us to review everything and make sure we still have the best policies for our needs. He was friendly, helpful, relaxed, and easy to talk to. We actually had fun talking about insurance policies. Switching agents seemed really stressful, but Tyson made the transition super easy. I'm so happy we gave him a call! I'd definitely recommend him!
