  Working with Andy and his team was pretty easy. We just supplied some information to his team and a few weeks later we had our refinance complete. Much appreciated! Thanks! Updated: Now on our second refinance with Andy - 2 years later now that rates have really come down. Again - super simple and quick process. I would not go anywhere else for a new mortgage or refinance.

  Andy and his entire team worked so hard to help us improve our credit scores and get us into a home. They were very accessible and easy to talk to and got back to us right away whenever we had a question. The process of improving our credit took several years and they never gave up on us. Now we own our home and we couldn't be happier!! I highly recommend them!

  Andy and his team went out of their way to confirm to the real estate agent selling the home we were buying that our offer was good and solid. Without his additional conformation we may have missed out on our home. Our file was ready to close well before our scheduled closing date. They all did a great job keeping me, my realtor, inspector, and seller realtor in the loop during the whole process. I would recommend Andy and his team.

  Andy Burton and his team are remarkable. I was referred to Andy while in the process of working with a lender (eight weeks!!) who turned out to be anything but professional. I was disillusioned and suspect by the time I met Andy. Andy spent two hours with me outlining the process, answering questions and introducing me to his team. In less than a week we were in the final stages of approval and more than on track to close on time. I went from panic to holy cow he did it!, this is what its supposed to be like! Don't waste your time with anyone else. Surround yourself with the best and enjoy the experience of buying a home knowing that Andy and his team have your back!!

  Andy and his team are on point! We sold our home and needed a place to move to. When we finally found our place, we needed a REALLY fast close due to our home already being sold. Andy and his team expedited our closing in an extremely short time. Everything worked as smooth as butter. Every member of his team explained each step of the way until we were handed our keys at closing. He uses technology before, during and after your experience with his team keeping everyone in the know, the whole time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

  Really great team. Helped me close on a house right before lockdown was starting in March 2020. Everyone was professional, I felt totally prepared to go into closing, and every step of choosing the right mortgage was smooth. I'll definitely be going back to this team if we ever need to refinance.
