  If you are reading this, you need to go with Tom and his team. I am absolutely astounded with the speed and knowledge this team works with. My home purchase closed in 17 DAYS!!! Tom and Karla explained every step of the process in great detail and were ALWAYS available for any question I had, no matter how big or small it was. I am not exaggerating when I say that this was one of the best "customer service" experiences I've ever had. Do yourself a huge favor and call Tom.

  I have had the pleasure of home mortgage financing through Tom Kuhn for nearly three decades. During that time I have moved several times and have continuously chosen to use Tom's services. Each move with new financing has been a pleasurable experience largely through the financial expertise of Tom. Additionally as rates moved down and a notable advantage was available through a mortgage refinance Tom and his expert staff were there to prove the ease of accomplishing a lower payment.   Tom Kuhn and his staff at Cherry Creek are the best. After my bank that I have been banking with for many years failed to help me with refinancing my home, Tom and his team were like mortgage supper heroes and helped me when my bank would not.
