      This branch does not know how to correctly open basic checking accounts! After I opened an account, order checks, and started using the account for 3 months; they then abruptly closed my account without notice. Why? Because this branch forgot to obtain a single signature at the time of account opening. They mailed my account money by cashier's check, but this is still an incredible inconvenience (and expense). Stay away from this branch.

      I called this branch to ask if their drive-thru window was open on 12-30-2021, the guy who answered said yes, so I drove there to cash two checks and they were closed. Aside from that, this particular bank has given me problems in the past. I'm considering switching banks more and more as time goes by.

      I have banked with bank OZK for a little over three years now and have never experienced such a rude staff. Absolutely unwilling to help with anything and every time I have something I need help with it seems nobody at this branch knows what to do or just simply doesn’t care to help.
