  Tried to get my home loan with them and through the whole processes they were melow. It was until the end of closing when they tried to get me with a higher down payment that was ridiculous. Tried another bank and bam! Better/lower down payment and interest rate, was able to close in 3 weeks.

  Bank of Texas is great! There are never any long waits or lines, their app is very simple for electronic deposits, and every person that I have ever come into contact with at bank of Texas has been so pleasant and caring. Definitely the bank to cover our basic needs!

  Laziest people on the planet earth no wonder why this facility is empty looks like a zombie bank, I went there 4-5 times to just open a business account without any luck. 1-2 employees with 0 customers could not create a simple business account for me.

  I like Bank of Texas.....Mrs. Anita is awesome. Great Customer Service and very kind Its been 6 months with this bank and this last month has been a nightmare Im closing my bank account on Friday . Beware

  Been using Bank of Texas for 6 years , never had a problem . Hope to see more Bank of Texas be built so other people can have a trust worthy bank near them .

  I tried to put cash in the fm 1960 atm but the machine does not work it is frustrating when I do not have another bank nearby I went to another location at 5825 bell 8 and the atm does not exist, they should put 2 atm in case one does not work like other bank do , bad atm service
