  Austin has been so awesome to work with, he helped us build our dream home. We always thought building a custom home was going to be impossible but thankfully he made it happen! We are so happy with everything they did for us, and i keep referring everyone to them.

  I can’t explain the integrity Austin and his team have. They made a goal for my family and I happen and from getting a call with not so good news with a SOLUTION to SOLVE said “not so good news” to a call on a Sunday afternoon to keep me updated. Austin and Matt are true down to the earth people who are really good at their profession! I highly recommend them to anyone, if it’s your first home or tenth please give them a chance as I promise you will not be disappointed!

  Outstanding personal service!!! Thanks to the entire staff. Austin, Matt, and Cheryl, you guys are awesome!! Made me feel very important during the whole process!! I had a bad experiece with previous Mortgage company, and this was not the case with Primary Residential Mortgage. From the very first day that the McKnight team contacted me and throughout the entire process, I was treated with care, and respect. The communication process was outstanding!! They made me feel that everything would go smoothly throughout the entire process, and it did.... I've referred a friend to them and assured him that he would get outstanding service from them.

  I had a good experience working with Austin Mcknight and his team. They locked me in a good rate and got the loan work done in a reasonable amount of time. My favorite thing about this company is the human factor. Very easy to get ahold of a real person there. Even after the closing of my loan, i still email from time to time with little questions and get great personalized help.

  We were working with Vince Mazzarese and 2.5 weeks until closing all of a sudden he tells us that they cannot work with us because the home is a manufactured home. We had spoken with him about the specifics about the home from the very beginning, we have emails recording that he knew it was a manufactured home! We had the inspection and appraisal sent to him of course stating the specifics of the manufactured home! He just dumped us right before closing and it's my personal feeling that he felt it was too much work for not enough reward. That was very bad business. Do NOT use this lender. They treat you like crap and he of course wouldn't take our calls after dumping us like that to explain himself further. Stay away!

  Hi Allie, my deepest apology for your experience. Unfortunately Vince Mazzarese does not work for my location. Believe you were looking for the branch in Lake Dallas, but with further review it doesn't look like he works with PRMI any longer. Which from your experience probably is best.   7 months to close. Always had to inquire of status as it would be weeks/ days before a update would come back. All is done over email until signing day. Then if u can not travel 2 hrs to sign closing paperwork then you have to pay the fee of a traveling notary. The process and communication is not pleasant.

  Hi Amanda, I apologize we did not meet or exceed your expectations. I will definitely be taking this feedback and using it for training and improvement of my team. I do want to shed some light though on the timeline as for a standard purchase loan 7 months would be absurd but with a FHA or VA construction loan it's not unheard of but still longer than we would like so I reviewed your file. Looks like it took about 3.5 months to get builder registered, get pricing, plans, documentation back for us to be able to order the appraisal. Unfortunately the appraiser was a big time delay with your file. Initial the appraisal took almost 30 days, but when we went back to him to make corrections/updates he took well over 45 days to make these corrections(which is absurd). I believe the Appraisal Management Company(AMC) had to actually threaten to report him to HUD to even get him to update the appraisal properly. I know this does not help at this point, but apologize for us not communicating these items well and as stated previously will take this feedback back to my team to improve the experience going forward.
