      Didn't have the best experience here. Seems like a very outdated bank. No handicapped parking (in which I had just had foot surgery, but had to hobble through the parking lot), and it took 2 agents to help me change my name on my IRA account. I asked for help and was told to wait for one woman. Then when she was done, she didn't know how to do it and was told to wait for another woman. Was not greeted when I came in. No sign in sheet for waiting. Was not the most pleasant experience.

      This place is a joke as far as banks go. They boast about being open on Saturday for you convienience. LMBO. I went there this past Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012 to make a deposit (they are supposed to open at 9 am) and I ended up having to leave at 9:20 because noboby was there. Oh well, other people had to leave too. But really, have any of you guys ever heard of a bank not opening on time? I will never use this location again and I am really thinking about closing my accounts. How much more unprofessional can you get!

      This bank is a JOKE waited 15 min in the drive thru line. Mind you no one else in line. The close at 4 pm and showed at at 4:50 pm to find doors locked. Stupid bank rude people.

      This is a bank where people are amazingly friendly and helpful.My only complaint is they charge $5.00 for a money order.Whats wrong with that picture?
