Tiara Clark1This is the worse bank I have ever had. I had my paycheck deposit into this account and they told me I cannot access my money until a hold or whatever is lifted off my account. That doesn’t make any sense. Funds should be easily accessible . I was told I would be called today and able to use my money but another dumb representative said 24 hours. Which is it. Online it says says my card is activated and ready to use yet the bank says the opposite. I will be pulling all my money from that account and closing it due to miscommunication and not being told I would have to wait to access my money. I have bills to pay and don’t have time for bullcrap.

Jerry Brown1This is the worse bank I’ve been to. The wait time to be seen is ridiculous. 3 weeks in a row I have had trouble cashing my check. Two people working both doing new checking accounts so I couldn’t cash my check. Why couldn’t one person do that while the other took care of other customers? Why is the door always locked with customers inside? This location I would not recommend to many problems. So anyone who came to cash a check or make a deposit had to leave. The ATM I waited almost 15 minutes just for it to hang up. Tried again and now all the bank tellers are gone for the day.🤦🏽♂️

lovely Murry1This is the worse bank I’ve ever been with I hate it , and I would never recommend anyone ever banking with them … the bankers literally NEVER KNOW ANYTHING then say when I find out I’ll call you … Chileeee I’ve been waiting on a call for months
