  This used to be one of the best branches in the city..... friendly, fast, efficient, and great customer service. But since Bank of Labor decided to model themselves after the Bank of America banking philosophy, (one teller to cover the entire branch both front and back and absolutely no customer service!), this branch is now almost impossible to get any banking business done! Great business philosophy.... focus on your personal profit margin even if it’s at the expense of serving your customers. It will work for a while, but it’s destined to fail in the long run. People like personal service, ESPECIALLY when it comes to banking !!!

  Great bank for businesses! I had an amazing experience as soon as I walked in to this branch I was welcomed by friendly staff. Very attentive and great customer service experience. Would definitely recommend this bank to all my friends and family .

  The worst branch of bank of labor! Would not help me at all forgot my i.d. an have been a long time customer an no help at all every other branch is wonderful but this one

  They are never open when they say they are, went there on my last bit of gas because they said they were open, ended up getting stuck on the side of the highway with no gas because they weren’t there and couldn’t cash my check
