Chris Green1Firstly, everyone should know that, the information you see in their app or online isn't a true reflection of you balance. I've had a few overdraft fees, no big deal. Then, I began realizing there's a significant delay of what you see as compared to what's really happening with your account. One day it showed I had a balance of $420, with nothing pending. Then, boom, next day 3 overdraft fees in one day $108. I eventually started calling the bank & they were seeing things that I couldn't see, but they were telling me I should be seeing it. Lady told me dumb things like, I just need to refresh the page. It's as if they deliberately withhold information, just so they can have a greater chance of getting you with fees.Today, I'm closing my account.

Felix O'Neal1After repeated errors on my account due to negligence on us banks part (every time) for instance, over draft fees, glitches with the transferring of money, late fees, it took 2 weeks for the manager Mauricio to follow up the last time us bank dropped the ball. Us bank sucks. Theres better banks out there I would encourage anyone to look elsewhere unless u feel like this is acceptable behavior from the bank you trust with your money. I just don’t have time for us bank playing with my money and the phone tag games every time they mess up. Smh. Us bank you just lost another one.

Amber Jones1Charge people extra for goods and/or services if they're writing you a check from US Bank. They charged $7 to chash an $80 check because I don't bank there! ..who does that?!? The dead plants displayed in front of the building sets the tone for their customer service.. I sure didn't leave wishing I had an account there! No thank you

Katelyn Rhodes1Have a limit of only $1000 to be withdrawn through the drive through, yet the atm woukd do it if it was in service. After waiting in line for 15 minutes because they only have one person working the drive through to tell me that, made me late for an appointment and only to find out that i was going to have to wait longer. Pull it together us bank and get your equipment fixed and also get properly staffed for servicing your customers. This is just ridiculous.

Ashley Teaford1Maybe this is how you get things done now becuase formal complaints through your corporate give you false repayments and lies. FIX YOUR ATM! No one cares that you rent it, FIX IT!! It stole money from me last year, you lied about repaying me, but hey I figured it been a year so I tried it again tonight hoping for a better result because i needed cash last minute and it spasmed out on me and withdrew the wrong amount! I WARN EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS ATM! DRIVE TO ANOTHER BRANCH!

Rakan Dogum1HIRE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jeez, I am changing banks because of this location, 25 minutes in the drive thru? Are you serious? There were 2 cars in front of me. Honestly how is US Bank corporate allowing this branch to operate in such a manner. It is ruining your reputation. Also, I’m a manager and I help my employees when they’re behind, not these managers, they sit in their office and stare at their screens refusing to get up and help!

Carl Hamke1I recently interacted with the branch manager at this location and she was extremely rude to me when I requested that she waive a fee that the bank wanted to charge me for a cashiers check. I explained to her that we were carrying a very large balance which had been in place for many months and that we have been doing business with usbank for over 20 years. She not only discounted our loyalty, but she offended me when she pulled out the terms of service for our checking account and pointed to the section addressing fees. usbank would do well to appreciate loyal clients and would do even better by not promoting individuals that lack the requisite sales skills to satisfy clients.

Kelyn Crandall1Service is incredibly slow. Only one teller is available to serve 10 customers. They also didn't update the phone number registered to my account when I asked them to, so I have to go to a branch in-person again. What a pain.

Christopher Nuckolls1USBank will do everything in their power to lose you as a customer. They declined 7 different credit card transactions over the course of several weeks when I had many times more money in my account than I was making the purchases for. When I would call customer service they would admit I had plenty of money and could not explain why they were declining purchases, but refused to investigate or do anything about it. When I explained that it does me no good to have a debit card I can't use and that I would have to close my account if they didn't fix it they told me, "Well, I guess you'll have to close your account, then". So I changed my direct deposit to Community America (couldn't be happier). This issue, along with literally dozens of others, convinced me US Bank is owned and operated by incompetent fools who would be less of a drain on society if they were cleaning roadside ditches for a living. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

dB FRESH5This branch helped me fix a problem; they were nice and courtesy and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. After I explained my issue they went above and beyond what they had to do to ensure I was a happy customer. I’m glad I choose this bank.
