m weston5I have banked with Commerce for many years and when I need help they are always friendly. Last week I visited the lobby for help with my credit card payment dilemma. They were able to call that department and get my issue taking care of. I think I will visit the lobby more for help vs. calling support, avoids the wait time.

Ryan Parnell1After banking with them for over a decade they changed my account without notice and start charging service fees on my "free" checking account. They refused to refund the fraudulent fees. Stay away from this company.

Kimberly A2I'm a long time customer of Commerce bank. Unfortunately, the days of receiving good customer service from them are gone. I spent 20 minutes on hold today trying to find out basic information about checking accounts and fees. Things that could easily be on their website, are not. This branch is better than most, but I don't recommend Commerce to anyone.

David Carey1I have had an account with Commerce Bank for over 20 years. I had always been pleased with my customer service at the branches I have visited. But based on the past 2 interactions with tellers and a MANAGER at this branch,my wife was ready to close the accounts. I would never have imagined a manager and teller would have tried to guilt my wife into not doing a coin exchange. I understand that they do not have an automatic coin sorter, but there is no easy way to find this information out without driving to the branch (as there is no direct line to the branch itself). They also did not inform my wife ahead of time that there is a $10 charge to exchange currency from dollars to Euros (because this branch doesn't stock them. Other branches that do won't charge for the exchange).

William Baker5Today Brian the branch Manager went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he listen to my financial situation patiently and helped me come to a resolution quickly. He was very professional and courteous. He showed the Commerce Bank core values and accepted the challenge. If Brian is not a District Manager soon in the future then the company is missing a great opportunity!

Nem Lawford2Commerce Bank is okay in general, but this location has serious problems with their ATM. Half the time I go here to get cash, the ATM is down. Never expect to just stop by to do a quick withdrawal. Out of the last six times I've been here, three of those times the ATM wasn't working.

Hannah Welch5Tellers are so nice! Pulled up at 530pm thinking they were open until 6pm. They had already closed the blinds and they opened them back up for me to process my transactions. Thank you so much Commerce!

Natzy Bautista1If I could a -5 I would. I waited 15 minutes in line just behind one car. ONE car. This is not the first time I have to stop by this branch, and always has been slow, but today they won the prize to the slowest of the slowest. I couldn't even do the deposit. Employees and manager need to be trained again or replaced.

Pat Zalesiak2Only getting 2 stars because the gentlemen inside greeted me nicely when I was forced to go inside for a simple transaction. I went through the drive thru to make a deposit and asked for a copy of my bank statement. He looked at me like I was dumb and said I should know we can’t do that though the drive thru! Sooo I can take my money through drive thru but can’t print a bank statement? Had to go inside then was not thanked or told to have a good day. The gentlemen didn’t ever make eye contact when I went inside and continued to talk about non work related things with his coworkers. Overall banking experience was horrible! Will start looking for another bank soon. Tired of hidden fees and charges
