  I love being a part of the Credit Union. They all know my name and make me feel like family! Amber has gone above and beyond for me on several different occasions. I can call her directly, e-mail her, or go in personally and excellent service is what I get.

  Every time I go in, and I am in the branch a lot, everyone is helpful and personable. Amber, Abbey, and Anne work great together and always make me feel welcome, even on my third stop in on the same day. Great customer service.

  I love the quality service and great rates on my rainy day savings! All the people in the branch here are AMAZING! They always are smiling and willing to help. They know me by name. Anne, Abbey, and Amber are amazing!

  Abbey, Amber, Anne, and Darren are always happy and friendly! I use this credit union for most of my banking needs and they always are there for me with any questions or auto loans. My wife and I love this credit union.

  This credit union has great rates and returns money to its credit union members through various promotions. Their team members are great and service oriented. They have a great phone app that allows me to do most of my business remotely. I love this credit union!!

  The entire staff at the Farmers Insurance Credit Union in Olathe, Kansas are exceptional! They are professional, courteous and go above and beyond to assist all of the credit union members. Abygail McCallum in particular is a shining example of awesome customer service. I have learned more about what the credit union has to offer from just talking with her over the past few months then I ever knew in the past few years that I have been a credit union member!

  Abbey McCallum, Anne Alix, Darren Jones & Amber Surwilo are absolutely wonderful. They all know me on a first name basis. I'm always greeted with a friendly "hello" as soon as I walk through the door. Very personable and a pleasure to speak with.

  I love that there is credit union is at the Ridgeview office in Olathe . This has made my life so much easier and convenient. Darren Jones, has been a great help. He is so friendly and informative on any question I may have. Thanks for being at out building and, thanks for having great employees.
