  David and his team went ABOVE and beyond to make sure that every aspect of my loan and the process went so smoothly. As a young mom with a full time job and baby to keep busy during the day, I had no idea up from down during this mortgage process, but Jennifer and David made sure to walk me through every step (while pretty much holding my hand) they made sure to explain in depth so I understood everything. The late work days, comfort and understanding will never go unnoticed. Thank you guys for everything and I’ll never recommend another mortgage company to anyone! If y’all would like to have a smooth mortgage experience, hands down best place to go and best people to work with.

  The Bank of England Mortgage team in Franklin is excellent. I've worked with Chris Miller on my home loan and have had a wonderful experience. Chris went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of when qualifying and buying a home by his excellent follow up skills, driving to me when I couldn't upload documents, and walked both myself and my wife through the application process. He will make sure you get the best rate possible, don't overspend, and coach you through your options. You will have a great experience working with him and the BoE team!

  Joe DeFatta did an amazing job on a deal I had here in Texas. He closed a VA loan in 23 days in this market, that’s crazy! Everything couldn’t have been more smooth from the financing side. You need a lender, Joe’s your guy!

  I worked with Mark Honell at BOE and it was such a great experience. The communication was easy and always able to reach out to him if I had any questions.
