  I really can't say enough about Chris. Our experience was ridiculously crazy because the universe threw everything at us it could. From USPS losing our down payment, incompetent appraisers, bank accounts being hacked... if it could go wrong, it did but Chris (and Michael!) was right there helping us through each and every obstacle. He fought for us when I know other lenders would have thrown up their hands and walked away (I know we almost did a couple of times!). I can't emphasize enough how highly I recommend working with Chris. You will be in good, honest, and knowledgeable hands.

  We have used Chris with SWBC multiple times. Our first home, obviously we were a bit nervous, didn't understand the terms and options etc. Chris took the time to explain everything, each step of the way. When I seemed hesitant or unsure, he would pick up the phone and really explain things until I felt comfortable. We used him for our second loan and now a refinance. Each time the process has been VERY simple. He has been available for late night calls with questions and got us a better rate than expected. At this point, I don't think.you could ever convince us to go with another company. If you're looking at buying or refinancing, give him a call!

  Chris is the best mortgage loan officer there is! He is SO honest, helpful, patient, kind, responsive, easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable. He makes sure he knows you and your goals so he can tailor the experience to your needs. He will answer any question you have in the clearest way possible and always follow up with you to make sure you understand every step in the process. It’s so important to have someone who cares about his clients and will be upfront and patient because this process is difficult and confusing, especially for first-time homebuyers like me. Highly recommended!
