Worst location I have ever been to, and I've been to many in various states. Appointments are NEVER seen on time and it is so frustrating as a mom who has to plan childcare around appointments. If I wanted to walk into a bank and sit for a half an hour, I wouldn't make an appointment!! Update: Went back on 10/05/2021 just before noon (only because I was in town). A woman manager and two men in suits were just standing in the lobby chit chatting. Manager informed me they only had one teller and he was sitting down with a customer. She forced me to use the ATM, which didn't even have the option for what I needed to do. She then told me I had to wait for the one teller. I asked if ANYONE else (her? The two suits doing nothing?) could help me, she said no. It's one thing to have one teller, but that one teller should not be sitting down with appointments if that's the case. Customer service here is STILL just as horrible as it was a couple years ago, drive the extra 15 minutes to another location, it's not worth your time here.

This bank is closed for Covid almost 2 months now, and never available over the phone. The customer service is very poor. Why can’t they place glass dividers and still serve like all others banks? Or why can’t they at least work over the phone for their community. Even before Covid - I was never happy with this branch. They can’t even notarize your docs, deposit the checks. They like to reject customer’s requests. Why are they even having this branch in Urbana?

The only good experience I’ve had here is with the older woman. Unfortunately, I’ve only had her as my teller once. The other times I’ve had to go to the younger woman. Needless to say, she’s a b****. And that’s being nice. She sits and does not do her job while she waits for me to fill out the deposit slip, doesn’t matter if I come in with the little ones or not and am juggling multiple things. She sits and watches while waiting for me to fill it out. Do YOUR job. I’ve never been forced to fill out the deposit slip no matter what it doing on. Every teller does it for you. And she’s extremely rude about it. Now I go 15 mins out of my way just so I don’t have to go to this location. Worst service ever.

The staff is super friendly and the two ladies who run the counter are wonderful, HOWEVER, I have never seen more than one teller at the counter at a time, and every time I go there, I am waiting at least 15 minutes in line. The only reason I go there is because it's right by my work, if I had another choice, I would go somewhere else in heartbeat. Management needs to have more tellers available, just awful.

Worst manager and staff. They will not do anything for the customers. Appointments are made but not seen on time. But what to do they have this Bank of America near my home and forced to stand the staff and office member's. Beggars cannot be choosers. ZERO starts!!!

I don’t know if it’s turnover or what, but the people I saw in this branch the last time I went were the WORST. I don’t even think there’s ever an actual manager on site! If there is, all they do is hide out. I need actual help with something on my account and I’m dreading going back there.....
