  Team has assisted in mergers and acquisitions & annual personal and corporate tax for our family over the years. Bob Krop and Dave Vario and extremely knowledgeable in business, real estate, tax and reasonably priced. Thomas Profit has also been someone I have worked with for years, and I appreciate the fact that he answers the phone every time I call with a question and responds very quickly. The legal tax knowledge they offer is excellent for a business owner and busy family man like myself who has no time to keep up with every change, every year. The rest of the staff have always been friendly and eager to help over the 8 seasons I have been their client.   Edit: I've had Mr. Thomas Proffitt do my taxes for the last 2 years, and both times he has done a great job, including fixing up a mistake that my previous accountant messed up on! Although we had a slight misunderstanding earlier, Mr. Proffitt was remained very professional throughout the interaction and we came to an amicable solution. I would recommend this firm based on their professionalism, ease-of-use, and willingness to work with you.
