  These guys are simply horrible people. We are a nearby business and one night we just needed to break a few large bills to make change for our customers. It was a night we were open later than usual, and our regular bank was closed. This place was still open, so I figured as neighbors abd business members of the same community, I could count on them to just make me some change. It literally wouldn't cost them anything and it would only take 30 seconds, but they flat out refused to help us because we weren't customers. This bank is a terrible member of this community, and I only hope other local business avoid them like the plague. Luckily, the TD Bank next door was open too (they stay open even later than BoA) and they didn't bat an eye at helping us out. If you need a bank near here, please go to TD instead.

  As the other reviewers have posted, I waited ~10 minutes before I was acknowledged when there was no one in line. When I was approached by the greeter, I was told that BoA doesn't do wire transfers anymore. When I said that I had it recently done in Centreville, he's told me, "oh we've implemented a new policy since last year". I've explained that the transaction took place a few months ago, but I finally got the hint that I wasn't wanted there. The representative continued to spin his tablet like a pizza pie and wouldn't look me in the eye from that point. If it weren't for the good people over at the Sunset Hills Rd branch, I would've closed my account. Looking at the other reviews, I'm surprised that BoA doesn't close this branch altogether.

  The staff at this branch is horrendous, highly unprofessional and lazy. Management has no clue of BOA procedures and need further training. Customer service is not their priority! Please believe the negative reviews.

  awful service. Always short on staff. There is no personal banking. they don't honor appointment timing. I had a 10am appointment and was made to wait for one hr. No one responds to any emails. And the manager has no manners. no smiles, no welcome.

  So pleased with the staff here. So much patience and courtesy. Impatient People need to chill out and show some respect for workers. Hats off to the teller and manager who were constantly trying to help a yelling customer who couldnt even wait for 3 mins and started complaining.

  Long lines. No matter what day or time of day it is. I heard they were hiring more tellers but that was months ago and I still see one teller working. On a good day there are two tellers. They have more people walking around and in the offices than they do working the counter. It's the same thing every time I come here. Get rid of some of these office workers and get some tellers!

  This bank is absolutely ridiculous. It’s always an extra long line with 1 MAYBE 2 tellers. Not to mention the employees who aren’t helping anyone see the long line and walk away. I absolutely HATE coming here. If I could give them no stars, I would.

  Pathetic. I muster up the courage to visit my local branch once per year to stock up on tip cash. Waited thirty minutes watching them try to serve a single customer, gave up and left. At least the ATM hands out $5's now!

  I stopped by this branch in Reston, VA and was helped by Rafael Ortiz. He was very professional and provided the solution I needed. Rafael and Moustafa at this branch are very helpful. I appreciate their assistance.
