  Bob and team are the secret sauce!! Interest rates are low so I went on a shopping spree. Bob secured financing for three investment properties in three different states (CO, OH, MD) in one month! His responsive, creative, and persuasive manner helped me convince sellers to accept my contracts. For example, he persuaded one seller, who had received more than ten offers, that my solid financials would get me past closing. This led to me dropping the financing contingency, which eventually won me the offer. On another deal, he matched the rate from a local competitor. He also helped me leverage financial products from my brokerage to buy the last property, which I just HAD to buy. Bob's colleagues and software platform make loan processing easy. The platform is organized, intuitive and user-friendly. When the inevitable hiccups materialized, Bob and his team--Bryan Trayers, Sonia Choksi, Marina Burgess--resolved them with ease and kept me in the loop the entire time. Pick Team Bob.
